Alongside the building business, we bring a small number of accredited investors into a handful of our development projects each year. Participation is limited, occasional, and offered only to investors whose accredited status has been verified through definitive documents.
The investor profile form on our site is how we learn what sort of project would suit someone — the return range they want to hear about and the amount of capital they could deploy — so that we only send people projects worth their time.
